The Highlight team is delighted to have been shortlisted in six categories at the 2017 CIPR South of England and Channel Islands PRide Awards.

The shortlist, announced today, marks the second consecutive year that we have been in the running for the prestigious ‘Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy’ honour, and recognises a year of great results for our existing consumer and corporate clients as well as key new business wins such as organic food brand Babease and outdoor toy company Wicked.

Highlight’s multi-platform campaign for Sylvanian Families, which has focused on delivering visually-engaging content, nostalgic social activity and quirky PR stories to appeal to both original and younger new fans, is up for the ‘Integrated Campaign’ award, while our imaginative #FindingAquabeads campaign for client EPOCH Making Toys is shortlisted for ‘Best Use of Social Media’.

Our strategic, carefully-planned PR campaign for pioneering Somerset business Living DNA is one of six vying for the coveted ‘Consumer Relations Campaign’ award, while Highlight’s highly targeted and focused activity for ethical and healthy food business Wessanen UK will compete for the ‘Corporate and Business Communications Campaign’ prize.

Rounding out the shortlist, a wealth of national coverage secured in the run up to the TV launch of Bottersnikes & Gumbles – including a live interview on the BBC Radio 2 Chris Evans Breakfast Show – alongside 80% social media growth across Twitter and Facebook has led to Highlight also being shortlisted for the ‘Low Budget Campaign’ category.

The CIPR PRide Awards recognise outstanding work delivered for clients across the UK. The results will be announced on Friday 17th November at an exclusive awards ceremony being held at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel.
