Promoting a city arts event

Forest of Imagination is an immersive pop-up arts event, devised by a collaborative team of creative Bath businesses. Featuring a playful programme of sensory installations, artworks, and participatory creative activities, the unique arts festival returned to the city of Bath for its third year in 2016.

Our Brief

  • Attract visitors to Forest of Imagination through a varied media relations programme
  • Position Forest of Imagination as a creative and immersive event for all ages

  • 34 pieces of print, online and broadcast coverage, including in-depth features in Bath Chronicle and Bath Magazine
  • Over 10,000 visitors across the three days, the most successful event to date
  • Editorial spots on BBC Radio Bristol, BBC Points West and ITV West Country
  • Record number of visitors to Forest of Imagination website, and large growth in social media followers
